Guests requirements
- Only groups of 5 people or less can book
Every guest must sign a liability waiver before departure. We'll send the link — it takes just a minute, and it's required for all participants, including children (signed by a parent or guardian).
Please bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID.
Guests should be able to board a boat and move about safely. Please let us know in advance if anyone in your group is a non-swimmer or has mobility considerations, so we can plan accordingly.
Children are welcome and must be at least 5 years old, accompanied by an adult at all times.
Deposit & cancellation: A 25% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure receive a full refund, including your deposit. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable. Trips affected by unsafe weather are rescheduled or fully refunded.
